Mindfulness/Social Emotional Learning

Workshops incorporate yoga and mindfulness activities that help children and adolescents connect to themselves and others by helping them develop their social and emotional skills. These skills include recognizing and regulating one’s emotions, making constructive choices, establishing and maintaining healthy relationships, taking the perspective of and empathizing with others. (Individual sessions available by appointment)
