Session / Price List

We are alive because life force energy is flowing through us.  This energy nourishes the organs and cells of the body, supporting them in their vital functions.  Sometimes, this energy flow is disrupted by internal and external factors causing diminished function in one or more of the organs or tissues of the physical body. 

This session consists of a guided meditation to help balance and heal the energy centers in our body.

This workshop will enable children to get in touch with subtle energy and learn simple methods of using Reiki to improve the energy fields of themselves and others.  We will learn about Reiki through art and creative expression, mindful poses and a guided meditation. I honor their unique perspectives and present Reiki in a way children can understand.
